In light of the global developments of “labor and housing shortages”, increasing productivity is a significant challenge for the construction industry. 3D construction printing technology is an automated and additive manufacturing process, addressing precisely these issues. Our focus is primarily on the segments of residential construction and the production of individual prefabricated parts.
Through intelligent designs and optimized use of materials, 3D construction printing enables alternative construction methods while contributing sustainably to the environment.
We believe that 3D construction printing will continue to gain importance in the coming years and will significantly drive the industrialization of the construction process. The objective of constructing buildings in a shorter space of time at a lower cost is what fuels our desire to make this technology a commercial success.
Experience how to print quickly, safely, and flexibly with the 3D construction printer
A 3D construction printer can be used to create concrete structures in a quick and cost-effective manner, and with a significant degree of design flexibility - without the need for formwork. This makes the procedure an ideal alternative to brick or wood construction.

The largest printed apartment building in Europe is proof that 3D construction printing is also suitable for the construction of large dwell
PERI GmbH has set about printing another residential building using a 3D construction printer, this time in Wallenhausen, Bavaria. At the end of September 2020, the family-owned company announced that work had begun on Germany’s first printed residential house in Beckum, North Rhine-Westphalia. Only two months later, work has begun on the next residential building to make use of 3D construction printing technology. Upon completion, the 5 unit apartment building with around 4090 square feet of living space will be the largest printed residential building in Europe. On this project, the pure printing time per floor was roughly 20 hours.
