Location: Coral Gables, United States
Located adjacent to the Miami Metrorail in downtown Coral Gables, the Gables Station development includes approximately 500 units in two residential towers, each with five levels of parking and ground-level retail. The third tower includes a hotel, additional retail space, and more residences on the top floors.
The contractor chose PERI formwork panels, which provide 2–3 times more uses than other panels, purchasing 3,500 sheets of PERI Birch to use with its table forms and more than 5,000 sheets of PERI Poplar formwork panels for use with its PERI GT24 girders, GT20 joists and stringers, and MULITPROP frames and post shores.

Other PERI systems used on the project include TRIO wall forms, GRIDFLEX slab formwork, and MULTIFLEX girder slab formwork. PERI UP scaffolding provided access throughout the project.
