Impressions from the project process
Providing internal parking was a key element in the creation of a pedestrian-oriented atmosphere for this high-density mixed-use apartment
project in the center of San Diego.
The contractor used 38,000 ft2 of PERI’s SKYDECK drophead shoring system as well as three levels of PEP Ergo shoring to construct the six-level post-tensioned parking structure in just five months.
SKYDECK's drophead allows early stripping of the panels, only the shores and cover strips remain in place while the panels can be cycles to the next level.
PERI UP Flex Stair towers were used to provide access to the six-story structure throughout the duration of the project

I’ve been in concrete for 21 years and the PERI SKYDECK System is the best panel system out there. I highly recommend it. It’s fast and simple to put up and take down and leaves a clean and pretty product.
