The cost-effective system with MX tie technology simultaneously provides the best concrete finish.

Developed by PERI, the MX tie technology with one-sided tie installation greatly accelerates formworking operations. At the same time, MAXIMO is significantly faster than conventional panel formwork despite the lower site personnel requirements. Due to the innovative tie technology and optimised number of tie points, working time values for the system are verifiably up to 50% less. In addition, the centrally arranged tie points result in a regular joint and tie pattern both horizontally and vertically.

Faster tie installation
The special MX tie is installed from one side only and is used without spacer tubes and cones. As a result, both material requirements and costs are reduced as well as saving time.
Improved concrete finish
The defined arrangement of individual MAXIMO panels allows the visually appealing design of concrete surfaces with a clean concrete finish without any impressions due to unused tie holes or the occurrence of concrete bleeding through non-sealed tie points.

Tie sealing technology

Screw plug system, rivet plug system, fiber concrete system DK, reliable closure technology with test certificates for a wide range of technical requirements and surface designs.

Connection technology

Main connecting part: BFD Alignment Coupler (flush, flush, tight), also suitable for stacking up to 5.40 m, compensations up to 10 cm, wall projections, corner solutions and end formwork.
