Transbay Block 6, San Francisco, CA

Project data

Location: San Francisco, United States

The new 34 story tower will feature 556 residential units in California’s most densely settled large city, also known as the city by the bay, San Francisco. To ensure rapid and efficient progress of the project, PERI delivered the wall formwork system VARIO GT 24 and the RCS S rail climbing systems preassembled to the jobsite. The system in turn ads to the efficiency, by allowing for the inside core walls to be set and aligned prior to the slab pour, so that the core walls can be poured right after the slab pour is complete. Typical story heights of 8’- 5” are achieved in 7 day cycle times. In addition to the core system, PERI also supplies engineering and on-site support, to ensure efficient, optimized and trouble-free operations.
