Using the mouse buttons and wheel, the user can zoom, pan and rotate to view the 3D model from all angles.

After having entered the wall thickness and height, the user draws the walls by simply dragging the mouse or entering the dimensions in a pop-up box.
Setting The Cycles
Next, the user sets the number of pours or cycles by splitting the wall at the desired point.
Shuttering
With the click of a button the tool determines the amount of formwork needed to achieve the desired layout and displays it as a 2D or 3D drawing.
Material List
The app automatically creates a material list with all parts and pieces and quantities needed to achieve the desired layout.

In the final step, the user can download the layout, drawings and material lists of his design.

Review of plans, cycles and material lists
Various wall heights and thicknesses are possible with plans to increase the range through continous development and feedback. The tool then calculates the required parts and pieces and automatically generates a material list specific to PERI’s handset formwork system. Currently the DUO Planner is limited to DUO lightweight formwork only but PERI is planning to add more tools to the QuickSolve line of apps in the future. Try the tool for free here.
