Ladd Tower, a 23 story residential and retail project, is prominently situated in Portland's cultural district. The construction site is adjacent to the historic Ladd Carriage House which had to be protected from damage during construction. The ten month schedule for the structural concrete frame was achieved with a full scope formwork solution from PERI.
