The construction of this high-rise condominium building started in September 2006. It will be comprised of 42 levels of luxury condominiums, one mechanical and two amenity floors, and three levels of parking below the ground. Total height of this building will reach 518 ft (158 m) when the concrete construction is completed in the beginning of 2008. There are 11,000 ft² (1,022 m²) of slab, and 8,400 ft² (780 m²) of walls per typical floor.
