Potowatomi Bingo Casino Expansion Project, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Work began in December 2006 on the $240 million expansion to the Potowatomi Casino in downtown Milwaukee. Using SKYDECK, the contractor broke the floorplan of 130,000 ft² (12,000 m²) into ten approximately equal pours.

Kinzie Station Tower, Chicago, Illinois

PERI supplied custom steel formwork, which included the window openings and reveals, to construct the cast-in-place architectural concrete facade.

The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The construction of his high-rise condominium building started in September 2006. It will be comprised of 42 levels of luxury condominium, 4 mechanical and utility floors, and 3 levels of parking below the ground.
