Construction of the 55 West on the Esplanade in downtown Orlando began in mid-2005. The project is a 35 story mixed use commercial / residential tower adjacent to a 12 story parking garage.

With a comprehensive formwork solution from PERI, Hoffman Construction was able to complete a floor in each tower every six days.

At 46 stories and 456 ft (139 m) tall, the distinctive blue glass Grand & Kingsbury residential complex stands out in the River North area of Chicago because of the relative lack of skyscrapers nearby.

Resform Construction is using PERI forms exclusively on this concrete project. TRIO panels are used for both walls and columns throughout the building.

Madison Concrete Construction chose the ACS (Automatic Climbing System) for the massive 48 ft by 120 ft (14.60 m by 36.60 m) concrete core being built ahead of the surrounding steel structure.
