The Bannockburn Center at College Park is a four-story, 270,000 sqft (25,000 m²) corporate center. The floor-to-floor height is 12'' 6" (3.90 m) with a 10'' x 10'' x 15'' (3.05 x 3.05 x 4.57 m) capital around each column.
On the high-rise construction, S&F was able to maintain a four day cycle for each 10,000-sqft floor, using two floors of SKYDECK flying tables.

Construction of three concrete residential towers and a garage was accelerated by careful planning, close coordination of contractors and suppliers, and use of lightweight forming systems.
