PERI UP scaffolding concept - more efficient and increased safety
The size and diversity of the building´s structure required an integrated working scaffold concept. PERI UP provided not only a high degree of safety when forming and concreting but also a solution for producing all the concrete parts.
Fixtures, recess equipment and reinforcement were to be incorporated in the formwork. Furthermore, striking and finishing of the concreted wall surfaces required more handling work. Therefore, cranemovable working scaffold units were designed which, thanks to a widening of the basis, could be used without the need of support, ballast or anchor parts. After assembling the fixtures and completion of the reinforcement, those erecting the formwork can operate the formwork closing from the scaffolding. Following this, the concreting crew could use the same scaffolding units.
