PERI’s GT 24 and PERI UP Scaffolding
Keeps Lobby Open During Construction
The lobby renovations at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Toronto, Canada was a challenge for the PERI scaffold team. The contractor decided to go with PERI because of the look and minimal obstructions due to design. The contractor also had a challenge because while the lobby and front entrance renovations were planned they had to phase the work to allow minimal inconvenience to the hotel guests and employees.
Using the PERI UP scaffold system and the GT 24 girder to allow large spans and create an aesthetically pleasing platform to allow the contractor to work above while business went on as usual for the hotel. PERI provided all labor to install and dismantle all of the PERI UP scaffold in the lobby and in the front entrance. PERI completed the project ahead of schedule due to the engineered PERI UP modular scaffold system.
