Architectural Concrete Finish Achieved with
PERI RAPID Column Formwork System
McCarthy Building Co. was awarded this $91 M (USD) jail project containing 1,360 cells. PERI Formwork Systems supplied McCarthy with its RAPID Column System in order to achieve the high level of finish required.
The RAPID Column System is designed for a pour pressure of 2500 psf (120 kN/sq.m), thereby producing an architectural finish. It can be moved in two pieces from pour to pour.
