PERI MULTIFLEX Slab Forming System
Every 6 days a pour of 18,000 sqft

The Fountain Square West project, underway in downtown Cincinnati, is a five story department store with 70,000 sqft (6,500 sqm) of 24" (61 cm) deep positioned beams and 5" (12.70 cm) slab per floor. There were three floors of 18' (5.50 m) floor-to-floor height and one of 19'-0" (5.80 m) floor-to-floor height. A footprint that didn't lend itself to panelization required a system easily erected, stripped, moved ahead and reshored. Formwork consisting of PERI MULTIPROP 480 with a single MRK Ledger Frame at the top of the prop, and GT 24 girders were used as stringers and joists.
