This difficult project demanded a very high quality of the concrete finish. SMC Construction chose VARIO supported by KGF 240.

Therefore the perimeter spandrel beams with 25''-0“ (7.62 m) length and 9''-8” (2.94 m) height are stripped like walls with box-outs. Each of the four floors consisted of approx. 1,500 lineal feet (457 m) of spandrel beams. Each pour totaled 225''-0” (68.58 m) of beam.

The stair cores were 49''-0” (14.94 m) long with a 21''-0” (6.40 m) high first pour and three lifts of 14''-4” (4.37 m).

The KGF Brackets, 110 were used during the peak of the job, took the loads of 12,000 ft² (1,115 m²) of VARIO formwork and concrete and transferred them into the last cycle safely.
