At this eight floor retirement community, Dick Corporation used RAPID for the first time. They were impressed with how quickly the system could be set and with the achieved concrete quality. There were 18'' (5.50 m), 12'' (3.66 m) and 8'' (2.44 m) high columns with cross sections of 2''x 2'' (60 x 60 cm).

TRIO 330 was used to form the walls because the height was perfect for the 10''-9“ (3.30 m) panels.
It made what seemed to be a difficult job a lot easier with less parts to handle.
