Valley View Casino Hotel, Valley Center, California
VARIO Formwork Results in High Quality Architectural Finish
Valley View Casino Hotel is located outside of San Diego in Valley Center and will add a 12 story hotel to the existing casino. This project features a unique 22’-6” x 22’-9” x 22’-9” (6.86 m x 6.93 m x 6.93 m) triangular core that is formed using TRIO panel formwork on the
inside, and VARIO formwork in combination with CB 240 climbing scaffolds on the outside to achieve the required architectural finish and providing a safe working platform. For the construction of both, the internal and external various shear walls that total over 7,000 ft² (650 m²), the quick and easily adjustable TRIO panels that are fastened by the BFD coupler are used and cycled every five days.
