Easy to Handle and Economical in Use
PERI RUNDFLEX and PERI MULTIFLEX

This 4-storey 8“ (0.20 m) and 12“ (0.30 m) flat slab construction will combine high tech office space with self storage and parking facilities after completion. To fabricate the ramp that provides access to the building, the crew on site took advantage of PERI''s RUNDFLEX and MULTIFLEX systems.

The wall radius was 51''-6“ (15.70 m) and 20'' (6.10 m) on the inside core wall. Altogether 3,800 ft² (353 m²) of RUNDFLEX forms were used for the curved walls.

    The RUNDFLEX panel connection is very quick with the BFD alignment coupler. Radii can be adjusted particularly accurately and easily using the system''s patented hexagonal spindles.
    The decision to take MULTIPROPs in combination with MULTIFLEX was profitable, because those lightweight aluminum props dramatically reduced the number of needed props and made this formwork application even more cost-effective.
    MULTIFLEX Tables were used to form the slabs of the inside core and the ramp. The average size of the 38 tables was approx. 182 ft² (16.90 m²).
