Matrix-Adex Condominiums, Toronto, ON, Canada

The Matrix-Adex is the second phase of a multi-phase project to construct 25 Luxury high rise condominiums in downtown Toronto. Hardwall Construction had constructed the first phase and were also the winning bid for this next phase.

Hardwall has chosen to use PERI products exclusively on this project because of their overall satisfaction from the first phase. The complexity and ever changing footprint was easily handled by TRIO and MULTIFLEX combinations, and the labor crew had become well versed on the usage of the product, and also it''s many capabilities.

40,000 sqft (3,716 m²) of floor slabs were poured every two weeks with MULTIFLEX. TRIO for walls, cores and columns was also the key to the successful winding-up of the jobsite.
