Palmetto Place Apartment Building, Boca Raton, FL, USA

The concrete work on Palmetto Place, an apartment complex with 256 units is under construct. This 9-story building along with 14,000 sqft (1,300 m²) of retail space and a 5-story parking garage has a volume of $ 35 million.

Due to the tight schedule Pate was confronted with, they selected PERI''s SKYDECK for the slabs, as it had proved to be fast and labor-efficient already on an earlier project. Pate needed to erect an area of 5,000 sqft (465 m²) every day, because of the tight schedule, which was exceeded with SKYDECK.

In addition, Pate utilized the TRIO wall formwork system for the outside walls, along with KG 180 climbing brackets for the elevator cores and TRIO columns for the total of 1850 columns.
