PERI SKYDECK: Good Finish achieved with a cost-effective SystemActing as concrete subcontractor for Paric Corporation, Jacobsmeyer-Mauldin Construction is constructing the Meramec Bluffs Retirement Community in Western St. Louis County. This 715.000 sqft (66,424 m²) facility, built in four phases, cost a total of $ 64 million to finish. There will be 276 living units in four different categories for the senior citizens. Jacobsmeyer-Mauldin Construction chose to construct this 9-story cast-in-place concrete structure using 39,000 sqft (3,623 m²) of SKYDECK. Having used the system before, they were convinced that the aggressive schedule of the project could be met with this system.
