Efficient RCS and ACS Systems Used Significantly Increased Productivity
To safe time, ACS P (platform)is used to pour the slabs and core walls monolithically. With this solution all formwork, working scaffold, storage area, and equipment used to form the internal and external walls are selfclimbed in one single operation.
For the 12" thick slabs of a typical 12,000 ft²(1,115 m²) area, SKYDECK and MULTIFLEX slab shoring systems provide a three day cycle.

The RCS system allows us to set the pre-cast at the same time as it offers us protection from the wind and weather. That is very important in Chicago since we have very high winds that could slow us down. But with the RCS system, we can continuously work with ease allowing us to increase our productivity and overall success.
