Potowatomi Bingo Casino Expansion Project, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
PERI SKYDECK
Fast and Safe Shoring for any Application
Work began in December 2006 on the $240 million expansion to the Potowatomi Casino in downtown Milwaukee. Using SKYDECK, the contractor broke the floorplan of 130,000 ft² (12,000 m²) into ten approximately equal pours. The typical floor slabs are 12“ (30 cm) thick with 6“ (15 cm) drops at the columns. SKYDECK quickly handled these 18“ (45 cm) thick slab areas with the addition of main beams and shores. There will be four cast-in-place concrete floors on this project with one parking level, one casino level and two mezzanine floors.

”This is my first experience with SKYDECK and I am very pleased. It is light, user friendly, and easy to learn for new workers. The simple SKYDECK handrails are an efficient way to ensure 100% fall protection at all times on site.“
