The 32 level 'The Mark' is one of the latest condominium high-rises to emerge in downtown San Diego. The residential tower overlies a larger courtyard community. These are all situated over a 3 level 65,000 ft² (6,039 m²) underground parking garage with numerous graded ramps, drop panels and beams.
The large open facades has made UNIPORTAL, the adaptable PERI table system, ideal for the 7.7 ft (2.29 m) cantilevered slab edges of this job. SKYDECK, the modular aluminum panel slab system was quickly adapted to the challenging and constantly changing interior slab areas around the core.
