University of Texas, San Antonio Parking Structure The special beam system designed by PERI offered a solution with no tie (dry tie at bottom) and minimal shoring requirements. Using MULTIPROPs along with the GT 24 girder, large loads are carried from the 36 inch (91 cm) deep beams.
