Cross of the Third Millennium, Coquimbo, Chile SB 1 brackets from the standard brace frame range carried the loads from the first lift of the arms. The remaining 11m of the arms was constructed in three cantilevered sections. Lightweight HANDSET panels formed the internal and external formwork. Working sequence: 1. Suspending the platforms and constructing the floor slab. 2. Concreting walls and slab in one pour. 3. Moving and positioning the cantilever equipment with the crane. 4. Repeating stages 1.-3.
