Application
Mainly for slabs, concrete surfaces to better specifications, basically flat concretefinish with slight imperfections
Storage
When storing the units on site, attention should be given to the units being uniformly well protected or equally exposed to the weather. It is only possible to obtain a relatively equal result if the plywood of each unit has acclimatized relatively equally.
Release agents
Only formlining which has been well looked after can ensure a uniform good quality concreting finish. Therefore, PERI recommends using PERI Clean and PERI Bio Clean as release agents. The plywood sheets are thus optimally prepared for their next use. If other release agents are used, the user must check whether the required results can actually be achieved.
More information on PERI release agents can be found in the “Accessories” section.
Edge treatment / Edge sealing
As soon as plywood is cut, attention should be given to the cut edges being immediately sealed again.
