PERI designed, supplied and installed MULTIPROPs and GT 24 girders in combination with PERI UP scaffolding components to provide a safe pedestrian walkway for the 2 story expansion of the well known prestigious Harry Rosen Clothiers in Toronto.

The versatility of the SKYDECK allowed it to be easily adapted to the 1.8 ft (55 cm) drops surrounding the columns, as well as the 2.8 ft (85 cm) downcast beams around the slab edges.

The 10,000 ft² (930 m²) 7 story West side expansion is formed using SKYDECK in two seperate pours with floor heights ranging from 13 ft - 14 ft (4.00 m - 4.30 m).

Formwork for the two concrete cores which run the full height of the building were climbed using PERI’s ACS (Automatic Climbing System).

The building‘s architectural concrete exterior features walls, columns and spandrel beams which were all formed with VARIO.
