Accuracy, cost-effectiveness and safety: for every climbing formwork system, it is a question of the anchoring system quality.
Therefore, PERI offers officially approved anchoring for all climbing and platform systems - rational in their application along with reliable handling.
The climbing cones M30/DW20 and M36/DW26 were developed especially for single-sided use with SKS/SSC in dam construction and allow the transfer of high tension and shear forces in freshly-poured unreinforced concrete. The corrosion-resistant cones are re-usable - only tie rods and threaded anchor plates remain in the concrete.
The climbing cone M24/DW15 and screw-on cone M24/DW20 have been designed as anchoring for the KG and CB climbing scaffolds.
The screw-on cone M24/DW20 in connection with the threaded anchor plate 20 is used for thin walls.
The climbing cone M24/DW15 in connection with one tie rod DW15 and one threaded anchor plate 15 is used during higher tensile loads from the anchoring.
The anchor sleeve M24 and screw-on cone M24/DW20 are used as anchors for the folding platform FB180-3.
Both the anchor sleeve as well as the screw-on cone M24/DW20 can be used for this purpose in the reinforced slab edge or in the concreted wall.
